The President and Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Board of Directors to implement the organization’s strategic plan, translating vision into clear, measurable priorities and driving execution with urgency and accountability. As a visible and trusted community leader, the role will advocate for collaborative, cross-sector solutions and will provide leadership across fundraising, community engagement, strategic execution, operations, financial performance, and talent development. A central priority will be translating the organization’s focus on households facing financial instability into broad-based community engagement and fundraising success, while convening partners to minimize duplication, expand successful programs, and address critical service gaps.
Through extensive community engagement, the client has sharpened its focus on working households struggling to meet basic needs, including those in the employed but asset-limited and income-constrained population. The client is currently prioritizing initiatives in areas such as early childhood, transportation, and financial security, and the next President and Chief Executive Officer is expected to mobilize resources, strengthen and evolve the fundraising model, and build a more diverse, sustainable, and growth-oriented revenue base to support long-term community impact.
