Established in 1948, the client provides manufacturing and distribution services primarily to government and military customers. The ideal candidate will guide the organization through a transformative period, with a strategic focus on enhancing operational capabilities, financial performance, and industry partnerships while upholding its foundational mission and values.

As the strategic leader reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO will define and execute an enterprise strategy that expands and diversifies revenue streams beyond existing federal channels. Core responsibilities include championing innovative manufacturing and distribution practices, driving financial sustainability and accountability, and serving as the primary ambassador to government, industry, and community partners.
