The President and Chief Executive Officer will lead our client through a period of growth and organizational maturity, implementing the company's strategic plan, expanding internationally, increasing recurring revenue, and preparing for acquisitions. Reporting to the Executive Chairman, they will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the company, working closely with the Board of Directors to guide our client through its next phase of growth and evolution.As the organization's chief executive, the President and Chief Executive Officer will be tasked with translating strategic ambitions into concrete results through rigorous execution, strengthening organizational capabilities, developing a high-performing leadership team, implementing a scalable management model, and positioning our client for international growth, operational excellence, and future acquisitions. They will have the autonomy to ensure the execution of the strategy, strengthen the organization, and support continued growth.
