The President & CEO of the institution reports to the Board of Governors and serves as the academic and administrative leader. Responsibilities include developing and articulating the vision of the College community, ensuring policies are in place to support the vision, and leading a senior leadership team. The role involves building strong relationships with the Board of Governors, strengthening partnerships, and implementing strategic plans with measurable objectives.The President & CEO is accountable for operational and fiscal management, overseeing annual KPIs, and ensuring alignment with student, employer, and community needs. They work to grow revenue, ensure financial sustainability, and maintain governance practices. The focus is on providing a student-centered education experience, enhancing the well-being of the College community and PEI population, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Ultimately, the President & CEO aims to increase graduates' capacity to succeed and contribute meaningfully to organizations and communities.
