The President & CEO of the Foundation is responsible for leading and directing all fundraising efforts and operational activities, reporting directly to the Foundation Board of Directors. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans for fundraising programs, including major gifts, planned giving, community campaigns, and special events. The CEO works closely with the Hospitals Senior Leadership, Board, donors, and community partners to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and promote a culture of philanthropy and donor engagement.The President & CEO plays a crucial role in providing visionary leadership for the Foundation, overseeing the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives to support the Hospitals mission and goals. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and build relationships within the community. The CEO is responsible for driving the Foundation's success in raising funds and engaging donors, while also ensuring transparency and accountability in all activities.
