The President & CEO of our client will be responsible for leading the hospital through a period of growth and transformation in the healthcare industry. They will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be accountable for the strategic, financial, operational, and people leadership of the organization. The successful candidate will need to provide visionary and values-driven leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centred care while advancing our client's long-term sustainability and impact across the region.The President & CEO will also serve as the hospital's key ambassador and advocate, building strong and trusted relationships with community members, donors, Indigenous partners, Ontario Health, government, and regional health system partners. Strong political acuity, a bias to action, and the ability to inspire confidence and momentum across the organization will be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client and making a positive impact on the healthcare system as a whole.
