The client seeks a mission-focused, experienced, and grounded President & Chief Executive Officer to steward the organization with care, clarity, and purpose. The CEO is responsible for ensuring consistent achievement of the organization’s mission while thoughtfully advancing the Board-approved strategic vision and financial objectives in alignment with the organization’s values and resources. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and collaborative leadership and engage donors, partners, and community stakeholders.
In partnership with the Board and development team, the CEO will support fundraising efforts and guide mission-aligned, financially responsible innovation consistent with the strategic direction set by the Board. The role emphasizes stewardship and community trust, along with proactive leadership and engagement across the organization’s external relationships.
