Opportunity Details

The international law firm is seeking a Practice Manager to join their Marketing & BD Practice Group team in either their New York City or Chicago office. The successful candidate will work closely with practice leadership to support the implementation of the practice group's strategic plan, manage operations for the Corporate Transaction and Real Estate practices, and project manage the delivery of practice development initiatives. Responsibilities also include managing Associate onboarding and offboarding, supporting operational aspects of running the practice groups, and analyzing key financial metrics in partnership with Finance & Accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional service environment, and strong project management and critical thinking skills. They should be reliable, flexible, and able to work well with senior management/stakeholders. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The Practice Manager will receive a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $190,000 per year, extensive benefits package, and opportunities for training, development, and career progression within the firm.
