J2L Holding AB, a family-owned investment company, is seeking a Portfolio CFO to oversee the finance functions of two UK-based portfolio companies: SafeLine and Kranlyft. SafeLine is a leading manufacturer of lift safety products, while Kranlyft specializes in compact lifting solutions. The Portfolio CFO will split their time between the two businesses, working closely with Managing Directors to drive performance, ensure compliance, and provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate for this role is a qualified accountant with experience in senior finance roles, preferably in industrial, B2B, or service-based sectors. They should have strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in investor-backed or growth-stage businesses is desirable, as well as familiarity with project-based accounting or capital equipment sectors.
