The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report directly to the President & CEO and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team at our client, a health system. They will provide strategic and operational leadership across all financial functions, overseeing accounting, budgeting, treasury management, patient financial services, and more. The CFO will play a critical role in advancing the organization's mission, supporting long-term sustainability, and ensuring financial strength to meet evolving healthcare needs in the region. They will also serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making, identifying operational efficiencies, and maximizing reimbursement opportunities.The CFO will provide strategic guidance on capital planning, financial forecasting, and growth initiatives, while ensuring sound fiscal stewardship in a complex healthcare environment. They will evaluate new business opportunities, support payer and reimbursement strategies, assess value-based care initiatives, and navigate regulatory requirements impacting financial performance.
