Our client is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee the rare earth processing facility in Saskatoon. This facility is the first of its kind in North America and includes various operations such as hydrometallurgy, separation, metal smelting, and utilities. The Plant Manager will be responsible for establishing the operating model, building operational readiness, and implementing systems and standards for long-term success as the facility transitions into commercial operations.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Plant Manager will lead production, safety, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. They will work closely with various teams to support final commissioning, optimize performance, and develop a high-performing team.
