Our client, St Andrews Toowoomba Hospital, is looking for an experienced Perioperative Services Manager to oversee seven operating theatres and associated care areas. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this role involves providing strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered surgical services. The manager will also be responsible for driving operational performance, enhancing workforce capability, and fostering service innovation within the perioperative department.The Perioperative Services Manager will collaborate closely with executive leaders and Visiting Medical Officers to shape the future direction of perioperative services and support the hospital's strategic objectives.
