Description

As a People Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate across the organization to shape and deliver the people strategy for your business area. You will align people initiatives with the broader organizational plan, purpose, and values, while supporting transformation and customer-focused service through efficient, high-impact workforce practices.

Key responsibilities include developing credible, trusting relationships with executive stakeholders; delivering the people strategy aligned to organizational priorities; strengthening capability by supporting leadership effectiveness and performance; and partnering with leadership teams to implement and embed people initiatives, frameworks, and relevant policy updates. You will also coach and guide leaders and managers to build high-performing teams, providing practical support that translates strategy into everyday people leadership.

The successful applicant will bring strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills, along with the ability to build credibility through authenticity and sound judgment. You will be an effective communicator who can translate complex information into clear narratives and connect broader organizational themes, with a proactive, creative approach to continuous improvement. You will be comfortable working with and interpreting a range of data sources for insight-led decision making, understand organizational dynamics and external trends, and have broad expertise across core People/HR disciplines gained at a senior leadership level, ideally within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
