Working in a matrix organization, collaboration with HR within various group functions is essential, with the role based at the head office in Solna.Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. The People & Culture Director will drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, while ensuring alignment with the company's values and goals.
