The client is searching for a Payroll Coordinator to join its long-established international industrial group, recognized for a stable work environment and dedication to employee development. The position involves coordinating and verifying payroll processes handled by an external provider while validating timesheets, bonuses, overtime, and other employee data. Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in HR, Administration, Law, or Economics, along with at least three years of experience in payroll or HR administration. A solid understanding of Romanian labor law and proficiency in REVISAL are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, independence, and accountability, and should be fluent in Romanian and English. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools is also required.
