As a Partner for Microsoft BI / Data / Snowflake, you will take entrepreneurial responsibility for building and scaling a Data & Analytics consulting practice focused on modern cloud and BI technologies. You will define the strategic direction in the Microsoft BI and Snowflake environment, develop market-aligned solution portfolios, and actively drive business development. In this role, you will serve as a key lead for data-driven transformation initiatives, covering everything from architecture and data platforms through advanced analytics and reporting solutions.
A core part of the position is building and further developing a high-performing team. You will integrate an established team as part of your transition and continue to develop it to strengthen delivery and growth. You will also oversee complex client projects and represent the client in the market as a visible figure within the relevant technology stack, ensuring strong positioning and trusted stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate brings extensive consulting experience in Data & Analytics, with a focus on Microsoft BI and/or Snowflake, along with a proven market presence and visible reputation within the relevant technology ecosystem. You should have demonstrated success in business development as well as in building and scaling consulting offerings. In addition, you will bring deep understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and BI solutions, paired with strong leadership, communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as excellent German and English skills.
