The client is seeking a Part-Time HR Director specializing in Organizational Development and Leadership to partner with the CEO of a global manufacturing business. This company, known for its technical reliability and entrepreneurial agility, supplies specialized products to industrial organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The client is currently transitioning from an entrepreneurial structure to a more leadership-driven model to support its goal of doubling in size over the next five years. The HR Director will play a crucial role in shaping this growth phase by strengthening leadership capability, organizational clarity, and talent depth.

The HR Director will provide strategic HR leadership and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, designing organizational structures and enhancing leadership capability. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational development strategies to support business growth, leading leadership development initiatives, and creating talent management processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, managing HR policies, supporting change management initiatives, and developing the HR team. This position requires collaboration with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting a positive workplace culture.

Successful candidates will have proven expertise in organizational development and leadership within the industrial or manufacturing sector, experience in international roles, and a strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation. They should demonstrate strong diagnostic and organizational judgement skills, with the ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and change management projects.
