The HR Director will provide strategic HR leadership and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, designing organizational structures and enhancing leadership capability. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational development strategies to support business growth, leading leadership development initiatives, and creating talent management processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, managing HR policies, supporting change management initiatives, and developing the HR team. This position requires collaboration with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Successful candidates will have proven expertise in organizational development and leadership within the industrial or manufacturing sector, experience in international roles, and a strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
