The client is seeking a Paid Social and Programmatic Executive to join a performance marketing team during a period of continued digital investment and transformation. The role provides a balance between hands-on programmatic delivery and exposure to paid social, with opportunities to take ownership of performance and contribute to data-led marketing at scale.
You will sit within the performance marketing function, working closely with senior specialists and stakeholders across the business. Core responsibilities include creating, activating, and optimizing programmatic display and video campaigns with some involvement in paid social; managing day-to-day campaign performance and reporting against KPIs; using performance data to deliver actionable insights; and collaborating with creative and brand stakeholders to support high-quality, data-informed creative execution. You will also support the delivery of qualified traffic through effective performance marketing activity.
Strong commercial experience in programmatic marketing is required, along with exposure to paid social. You should be confident interpreting performance data to inform optimization decisions, experienced in managing campaigns against performance and budget targets, and able to present insights clearly to stakeholders. The client is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively while supporting continuous performance improvements.
