Position Overview
The Regional Service Director – Mexico & LATAM North will lead the regional Service organization, overseeing service and maintenance operations across multiple countries.
This senior executive role carries full business accountability, including P&L ownership, operational performance, customer satisfaction, safety, people leadership, contract execution, and long-term service strategy.
The successful candidate will be more than a technical or functional service leader. This role requires a strong business and operations executive capable of managing a large, geographically dispersed organization, strengthening service culture, driving operational discipline, and leading teams through growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Service organization across Mexico and LATAM North, ensuring strong execution, operational excellence, and alignment with regional business objectives.
Own the financial performance of the service business, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin improvement, and revenue growth.
Manage large-scale service and maintenance operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistency, accountability, and high performance across field teams.
Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all service activities.
Oversee complex, multi-year service contracts, ensuring customer commitments are met while delivering strong commercial and operational outcomes.
Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, managing strategic relationships, escalations, and opportunities for expanded service partnerships.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, talent development, and organizational stability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in service, maintenance, field operations, operations management, or general management.
Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control, and margin improvement.
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations or countries.
Strong background managing service contracts, field operations, maintenance organizations, or technical service teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change, growth, operational complexity, or business transformation.
Strong customer relationship management skills, including experience with senior client stakeholders, service commitments, and escalations.
Experience in renewable energy, power generation, utilities, infrastructure, heavy industrial equipment, or related sectors is highly valued.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
