CIKO is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their core business in restructuring, guidance, and skills development. The role involves providing support to individuals who have been made redundant, completed fixed-term employment, or need to enhance their position in the labor market through training and skills development. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading transition specialists and study and career counselors in multiple locations in Sweden, managing operations, personnel, and the work environment, and ensuring that CIKO offers professional and tailored support.The Operations Manager will play a key role in developing the business by creating structure and clarity in operational work, driving the development of working methods and collaboration, and translating CIKO's goals and strategy into an efficient operation. Reporting to the CEO and being part of the management team, the Operations Manager will also contribute to CIKO's strategic development and meeting the increasing demand for restructuring and skills development in the labor market. Active involvement in analysis, follow-up, and results will be essential to ensure that operations evolve based on individual needs and organizational goals.
