As the Operations Manager Southwest for our client, you will play a crucial role in the company's expansion efforts. You will have oversight of operational, personnel, and profit responsibilities for multiple clinics in southern and western Sweden, spanning from Gothenburg to Malmo, Karlskrona, Vasteras, and Jonkoping. Leading a team of audiologists and coordinators, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and helping clinics achieve their goals.This role involves a combination of operational and strategic tasks, requiring you to work closely with the business on a daily basis to manage staffing, scheduling, working methods, and follow-up procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving long-term development and growth within the region. With approximately 30 employees under your supervision, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our client's success in the Southwest region.
