You will design and implement operational strategies to meet organizational objectives, supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities across different business areas, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality. You will also implement policies and procedures that support compliance with industry regulations and standards, collaborate closely with the CEO and other C-suite leaders to develop strategic plans, manage teams to drive collaboration and results, and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and adjust as needed.
The successful applicant is expected to have a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with prior experience leading operations in the mass consumer goods sector. You should demonstrate proven skills in strategic planning and people management, a strong understanding of relevant processes and regulations, advanced proficiency with technological tools and business management systems, advanced English for both written and oral communication, and the ability to make strategic decisions in dynamic, challenging environments.
