The client is seeking a highly experienced Director of User Operations to lead user-centric operations for their global digital asset platform. This role is instrumental in driving outstanding user experiences by overseeing user operations, developing data-informed engagement strategies, and facilitating collaboration with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Product Management teams. The director will champion efforts to optimize user on-boarding, support targeted marketing campaigns, and swiftly resolve user incidents.
Key responsibilities include leveraging advanced data insights to enhance user engagement and retention and implementing user risk management strategies that ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations. The role involves collaborating with Marketing to execute user acquisition and engagement campaigns, leading the rapid resolution of user-related incidents, and coordinating with Engineering for technical solutions. Additionally, the director will work with Engineering and Product Management to improve platform features, such as intuitive user interfaces and personalized tools, while also driving user-focused automation initiatives like personalized dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in digital assets, fintech, or trading platform operations with a strong user-facing component. A deep expertise in user operations, digital platforms, and regulatory compliance is required, along with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams or programs. Familiarity with platform tooling, support dashboards, user analytics, and internal operation systems is essential. Experience with token listings, campaign operations, or KOL/influencer networks is preferred, especially with a background in supporting institutional or high-value clients. The candidate should be business-minded and execution-focused, successfully balancing user experience with operational needs.
