the client is a global leadership consultancy focused on supporting leaders working toward environmental and social impact, with services spanning executive search and appointments, coaching, EDI consulting, and team and leadership development. The client works across multiple sectors and values equity, diversity, and inclusion, supporting an intersectional approach to its work while aligning with broader sustainability goals.
This role provides operational support across internal operations, business development activities, executive search assignments, and external events, working closely with the operations team and Europe-based consultants. Core tasks are largely administrative and include desk research, report writing, data management, proofreading, and scheduling, while the role also supports continuous improvement of systems and processes and may contribute to marketing, monitoring, learning, and evaluation activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, serving as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders and comfortable communicating with senior colleagues to clarify requirements. Strong organizational skills and comfort using technology and learning the client’s database are expected, along with proficiency in office software and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. The work will involve close collaboration with colleagues based in the Oxford area and across Europe, with an expectation to work in person at least three days per week while also being able to support coordination through Microsoft Teams.
