We are looking for a Non-Executive Director with a strong finance background to join our Board and provide independent financial insight, commercial acumen, and strategic judgement to support the Executive Team and fellow Trustees. This role is crucial in shaping the long-term financial strategy of our client, strengthening oversight of risk, assurance, and controls, and supporting confident, values-led decision-making in the health and social care sector. The successful candidate will also take on the role of Chair of the Audit Committee from January 2027, playing a key role in ensuring robust financial governance and accountability.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance, experience in a leadership role, and a track record of making strategic financial decisions. They will be able to navigate a complex and evolving health and social care landscape, providing valuable insights and guidance to the Executive Team and Trustees.
