The NextGen Director is responsible for overseeing all NextGen Ministries at our client, including Kids, Students, and Young Adults. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a strategic mindset to advance the mission of the church and support families. The NextGen Director will lead publicly, preach, supervise the Kids and Students Directors, and serve as the primary leader for the Young Adult Ministry.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in ministry leadership, a passion for working with children, students, and young adults, and a commitment to partnering with families in their faith journey. The NextGen Director must be able to effectively manage a team, communicate vision and goals, and engage with the congregation to promote growth and community within the NextGen Ministries.
