The Next Gen Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ministry strategy for children and youth, focusing on discipleship, worship, relationship building, mission, and outreach. This individual will lead programming for young people from birth through high school, fostering a vibrant Christian community and inspiring them to grow in their faith and commitment to the church. The Next Gen Director will serve as a ministry leader and role model, guiding and equipping the next generation to live out their faith with purpose and passion.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in youth ministry and a deep commitment to nurturing young disciples of Christ. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build meaningful relationships with young people.
