As a negotiator/labor law expert for member companies in the Swedish basic industry, you will be responsible for providing advice, information, and training on labor law issues, wages, and collective agreements. This role also involves conducting central dispute and MBL negotiations, as well as participating in and developing collective bargaining negotiations. You will collaborate with other employer and industry organizations within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, and contribute to joint work and activities for member companies. Additionally, you will work closely with our client's litigation unit and litigation lawyers to ensure legal compliance and support member companies in resolving labor-related issues.Overall, this position requires a strong understanding of labor law, negotiation skills, and the ability to provide effective support and guidance to member companies in the Swedish basic industry.
