The Modern Worship Director will work closely with the Executive Creative Arts Director to lead the congregation in creative modern worship that glorifies God. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the modern services, including song selection, media preparation, sound and lighting enhancements, and coordination of instrumentalists and vocalists. The Modern Worship Director will ensure that all musical and technical elements of the worship gatherings contribute to the overall worship experience.In addition to leading the congregation in worship, the Modern Worship Director will also provide leadership and guidance to the worship team. They will lead by example and use their skills to enhance the worship service. The Modern Worship Director will play a key role in creating a worship environment that is engaging, inspiring, and spiritually uplifting for all members of the congregation.
