Team Ensemble is an independent nonprofit organization focused on driving structural change through collective action in areas such as mental health, artificial intelligence, and demographic change. Founded by Nicola Forster and Martin Roth, the foundation is based in Zurich and funded by a Swiss philanthropic foundation. As Mission Lead, you will be responsible for strategically developing and managing a cross-sector alliance with the Canton of Zurich to address the challenges posed by demographic change and artificial intelligence in the labor market.
Switzerland is undergoing a dual structural transformation due to demographic change and advancements in artificial intelligence, which are reshaping labor supply and skill requirements. The Mission Lead role involves identifying key areas of action, building and maintaining a cross-sector alliance, and developing sustainable financing models. You will work with partners to anticipate relevant developments, facilitate collaboration, and ensure that the mission's impact framework leads to coordinated action.
Responsibilities of the Mission Lead include further developing the mission vision, positioning it strategically, and preparing for possible scaling beyond the pilot phase. You will also be responsible for alliance building, dialogue facilitation, resource management, and quality assurance. Additionally, the role involves leading grant applications, evaluating scaling potential, and representing the mission externally with stakeholders and partners. Position is based in Switzerland.
