Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for member firms, managing the virtual office infrastructure, coordinating Board meetings, and facilitating networking opportunities between firms.The Operations Manager will also be responsible for overseeing supplier agreements, providing recommendations to the Board on opportunities for Lawset, and leading initiatives to share knowledge and resources among member firms. This part-time role, ranging from 15 to 19 hours per week, may be filled by either an employee or an independent contractor, with a variable workload that increases during the mid-year and October conferences.
