The client is seeking a successor for the position of Head of the Intellectual Disabilities Department, a member of the Executive Management team, starting January 1, 2027. Inklusia, a nonprofit organization in the Greater Oberaargau region of Switzerland, supports adults with disabilities towards self-determination and social inclusion.
Responsibilities include providing leadership for the department, developing needs-based services, and contributing to the strategic development of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in special education or social pedagogy, experience in leadership roles, and strong IT skills.
