Our client is looking for a FRANZCOG-accredited Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to serve as the Medical Lead for the Maternity Clinical Stream. This role involves strategic leadership responsibilities such as shaping governance, driving quality improvement, and promoting cultural change within maternity and women's health services across the district. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence care models and outcomes at a system level, while also allowing for a balance with clinical practice.As the Medical Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing district-wide clinical governance and strategic leadership for maternity services. This will involve collaborating with the District Manager of Midwifery Services and reporting directly to the Executive Director of Medical Services and Clinical Governance.
