Our client is looking for a Medical Director Pathology to lead their public pathology service in Victoria. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role involves providing leadership across a broad pathology network, managing clinical governance, service performance, workforce capability, and strategic development. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager (Operations) to ensure the pathology service remains well positioned amidst evolving healthcare demand and ongoing pathology reform.
