Baptist Medical Group in Pensacola, Florida is seeking a Medical Director of Primary Care to lead and support the growth and collaboration within the primary care network. Working closely with the Vice President & President of Physician Enterprise, the Medical Director will play a key role in enhancing the value-based performance of BMG and Baptist Health Care ACO, LLC, an approved Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organization (ACO).Responsibilities of the Medical Director include fostering a culture of growth, collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders, and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of BMG and the ACO.
