The Head of House is responsible for overseeing the academic and social life within the College, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all members. They work closely with Fellows, students, and staff to develop and implement programs that enhance the overall experience of living and learning in the College. The Head of House also plays a key role in shaping the College's vision and goals, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve academic excellence and community engagement.In addition to providing leadership and guidance, the Head of House is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the College, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities management. They serve as a mentor and advisor to students, offering support and guidance on academic and personal matters. The Head of House also represents the College externally, building relationships with alumni, donors, and other stakeholders to promote the College's mission and values.
