The client is seeking a strong Marketing Manager or Marketing Director to support retail sales growth through strategic marketing programs and effective product launches. This role will help the brand improve market share and industry ranking, while also managing the operational effectiveness of marketing initiatives to achieve desired return on investment. The position will support continuous improvement of business processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities include leading and developing the marketing team to uplift expertise and performance, and fostering an energetic, collaborative environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a master’s degree (such as an MBA), along with at least five years of relevant marketing experience. The client is looking for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, respected and enthusiastic leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Retail experience is expected, and experience in natural beauty and/or related categories (such as skincare, body care, cosmetics, or fragrances) is preferred.
