The client is seeking a talented Head of Marketing/Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, innovation, and growth across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded, creative leader, responsible for owning and evolving brand vision and positioning across all markets while ensuring consistent brand storytelling across retail, digital, PR, and partnerships.
The role will deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive consumer demand and strengthen brand equity, overseeing creative development, seasonal stories, product launches, and packaging. It will also support digital-first growth by optimizing paid and owned channels, driving performance marketing and CRM and content strategies to grow direct-to-consumer sales, and enhancing the customer journey and digital experiences.
Working from consumer and market insights, the Marketing Director will use data to inform product development, brand evolution, and category growth, while championing consumer-first thinking across the organization. The position requires senior marketing leadership experience in consumer goods, home and lifestyle, retail, or premium brands, strong multichannel expertise including ecommerce and global markets, experience building high-performing creative teams and managing external agencies, and excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
