Description

In this Marketing Director role for the client, you will create and lead marketing strategy across point-of-sale locations and branded boutiques. You will develop and implement media plans, manage global marketing budgets and cooperative submissions, and oversee brand partnership marketing, including cruise-line-related initiatives. The role also includes researching, presenting, and executing new marketing opportunities, initiating digital and online campaigns, and identifying and pursuing premium media placement opportunities.

You will oversee event planning, logistics, and reporting for boutiques and other point-of-sale channels, and coordinate marketing communications related to product placement opportunities for film and television. You will manage and negotiate contracts with investors for media and promotional initiatives, liaise with media partners regarding out-of-home opportunities, and support brand partnership execution. You will also direct strategy planning and manage project workflows across external agencies supporting PR and graphic design.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree with an MBA preferred, along with at least 5–7 years of luxury goods marketing experience. You should be able to lead, motivate, and inspire team members, distributor marketing personnel, and board-level stakeholders, while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a changing environment. The role is expected to function independently while collaborating effectively across all levels, and strong strategic, analytical, creative, and presentation skills are required, including attention to detail and bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
