Description

The Marketing Director will develop, coordinate, and execute marketing programs across Latin America (LATAM), the Caribbean, and South America, covering launch activities, event management, sales promotions, partner portal management, communications, and budget planning. The role is responsible for driving retail sales, strengthening distributor engagement, and increasing consumer awareness while growing brand relevance and market presence.

Key responsibilities include developing short- and long-term marketing plans and budgets, monitoring performance and progress, and ensuring adherence to goals. The Marketing Director will lead local marketing teams and facilitate internal and external communications among key stakeholders to support timely execution of new products, marketplace positioning materials, partner agreements, and other essential resources. The role will also oversee regional and country-level programs and resource materials, including technical assistance, editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of artwork and event/brand assets, and coordinating media interest with a PR agency.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree minimum and at least five years of marketing experience with international experience focused on Latin America (LATAM). The role is expected to be bilingual in English and Spanish and to demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills, with proficiency in common office software tools. The position may involve significant international travel and extended hours, and will require comfort working in a multicultural and international environment, with strong leadership capabilities to recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, and develop personnel.
