Description

The client seeks a Marketing Director to develop, coordinate, and execute marketing programs and launch activities across Latin America (LATAM), the Caribbean, and South America. This role will drive retail sales, distributor engagement, and consumer awareness, while increasing brand relevance, social media performance, and overall market presence. The director will develop short- and long-term marketing plans and budgets, monitor progress, ensure adherence, and evaluate performance to support business growth.

Key responsibilities include leading local marketing teams and facilitating internal and external communication among stakeholders to ensure timely execution of new products, marketplace point-of-sale (POS) materials and artwork, partner agreements, and other essential assets. The role oversees programs and resources that support country-level teams in marketing, communications, and positioning, and is responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of artwork, events, and campaign assets. The Marketing Director will coordinate media interest with a public relations agency, provide counsel to country-level teams on local marketing and communications, and ensure regular market reviews and ongoing monitoring of local trends and assets.

The director will implement systems and procedures to support the smooth operation of regional and country-level marketing plans, and will manage talent by recruiting, training, appraising, supervising, supporting, and developing qualified personnel to advance brand goals. This position also serves as the primary point of contact for international distribution partner questions, including guidance on partner portal navigation and resources, and it will articulate business needs for portal enhancements. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree minimum, at least five years of marketing experience with international exposure in relevant consumer industries, bilingual English and Spanish skills, strong MS Office capability, and the ability to prioritize effectively; international travel and extended hours are expected.
