The client is seeking a Marketing Director for E-Commerce to lead the company’s commercial growth across online and offline channels. The role is designed for a dynamic, entrepreneurial senior executive with strong eCommerce expertise and experience in business turnarounds, and it will involve shaping the company’s strategic direction under new leadership.
In this position, you will assume responsibility for setting strategy and developing and implementing a business plan for commercial operations, prioritized across eCommerce first, followed by Retail and Mail order. You will oversee all sales and marketing activities for both online (the majority of business) and offline sales, helping define the company’s direction and supporting the development of a refreshed brand and market presence.
Key responsibilities will include planning and executing go-to-market initiatives, driving performance across the prioritized channels, and coordinating marketing efforts to support growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience, a strong track record in eCommerce, and demonstrated ability to lead business turnaround efforts, contributing to the company’s evolution in partnership with executive leadership.
