Description

The client is seeking a Marketing & Communications Director to lead and direct the organization’s full marketing and communications ecosystem. The role is responsible for increasing membership volumes and driving revenue growth from products and services, with a focus on improving customer lifetime value. The position reports to the CEO and leads a team with direct reports and a wider staff footprint.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing overall marketing strategy aligned to business goals and customer outcomes, and collaborating with product owners to promote relevant offerings through targeted campaigns for both members and non-members. The role also leads member acquisition and renewal strategies, particularly within high lifetime value segments. In addition, the director will oversee digital engagement services, including owned digital channels and ongoing content, with the aim of supporting member satisfaction and community growth.

The successful candidate will bring proven performance marketing expertise, with a strong track record of maximizing return on investment from digital channels and driving customer lifetime value. Director-level marketing leadership experience is preferred, ideally within travel, leisure, or hospitality contexts. The role is expected to support digital-first transformation, maximize the value of digital and social platforms, and manage complex digital development programs from both systems and customer perspectives while leading and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
