This growing company, located near Offenburg and part of an international group, is known for its high-quality standards, modern manufacturing capabilities, and innovative product solutions. As part of the transformation and succession planning, the client is looking for an HR Manager to actively shape processes and offer competent guidance to leadership on all HR-related matters. Excellent communication and advisory skills across all hierarchy levels, a hands-on approach, strategic foresight, and a willingness to embrace change are crucial. The client offers an attractive salary, variable pay components, and career opportunities within an international structure.
