The client Manufacturing Director leads plant manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production aligned with business goals and customer expectations. This role oversees end-to-end production performance, including scheduling, process optimization, quality standards, inventory coordination, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.

As a key leader, the Manufacturing Director partners with cross-functional teams across supply chain, quality, research and development, customer service, and executive leadership to align production capabilities with demand and operational priorities.
