One of the main responsibilities of the Managing Director will be to support Wheatley's goal of increasing output to close to 100 units per year, by securing funding and planning for new sites and effectively managing the construction lifecycle for sustainable and profitable growth.The Managing Director will be responsible for leading Wheatley's evolution as a highly respected, family-owned business, ensuring that the company continues to uphold its philosophy of doing things properly. They will also be tasked with building a steady pipeline of new sites, overseeing the construction process, and driving the company towards its growth targets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and development, as well as experience in managing commercial property portfolios and guiding businesses through periods of growth and change.
