The client is seeking a Managing Director of Technology to join its portfolio operations team. The role will lead technology value creation initiatives across the firm’s technology portfolio, partnering with investment professionals and executive leadership from diligence (NDA stage) through deal close and beyond.
Responsibilities include supporting and guiding technology diligence, shaping and executing value creation plans, and collaborating across teams to drive portfolio performance. The position focuses on translating strategic technology opportunities into actionable initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have eight or more years of experience in technology, with experience in strategy consulting and either private equity or operating experience within a technology company. The role is expected to involve close cross-functional partnership and leadership of technology-driven efforts within portfolio operations.
