As the Managing Director Nordics at our client, you will be responsible for overseeing the well-established and growing Nordic business within a global, decentralized group. This role involves leading the next phase of growth and transformation by setting a clear strategic direction, driving performance with your team, and representing the company towards key customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with an experienced and committed team to further develop the Nordic business, strengthen customer relationships, and capture new growth opportunities. Collaboration with the wider EMEA business and other regions is essential to align on Group priorities, share best practices, and realize cross-border synergies.The role covers Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway, and you will lead the management team and a Nordic organization of 80 employees from the Nordic headquarters in Solna. With full P&L and operational responsibility, you will report directly to the President EMEA. This central leadership position offers the opportunity to shape our client's future position in the region and contribute actively to the company's global agenda.
