You will be tasked with maintaining and developing relationships with Swiss and international banking partners to ensure effective treasury and cash management. Board participation is a key element of this position, with regular reporting and presentations to the local bank's board and group committees. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO to improve business performance and organizational efficiency and includes leadership of back-office activities and the finance and risk team.
The ideal candidate will possess graduate-level education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, complemented by a professional accounting qualification. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial control, risk management, or financial operations, with proven experience in a regulated financial services environment. A deep understanding of risk and finance, especially within a leveraged product or derivatives context, is crucial. Experience with regulatory capital calculations, treasury operations, and managing relationships with regulatory bodies is also essential. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are required, with French being an advantage.
