The Managing Director will work closely with the Deputy Executive Vice Chancellor to develop and implement strategic plans for HCFS, focusing on financial management, innovation, and compliance. They will be responsible for overseeing budget development, margin forecasting, and federal reimbursement claiming, while also driving innovation through new product development and process automation. The Managing Director will ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, while also cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and representing HCFS at regional and national forums to enhance visibility and credibility.In addition to financial management and innovation, the Managing Director will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and overseeing operational excellence within HCFS. They will lead the organization in aligning with growth objectives and integrated organizational structure, while also ensuring that all activities are in line with the overall strategic direction of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to drive operational excellence and compliance within a complex healthcare environment.
